Dr. Jim Guo | Doctor of Chiropractic, Licensed Acupuncturist, Master of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine, certified strength & conditioning specialist

Dr. Jim Guo, a chiropractic physician and licensed acupuncturist, has been in practice since 1998.  Dr. Guo is a second-generation Chinese medicine practitioner; he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences and his Master’s degree in acupuncture and Oriental medicine from New England School of Acupuncture. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Specializing in combined acupuncture and chiropractic care, along with dietary modification, Chinese herbal medicine, and individualized strength and conditioning programs, he has developed an effective all-in-one holistic approach to ensure a speedy and lasting recovery for his patients.

In addition to his clinical interests, Dr. Guo also has developed number of natural herbal salves to help his patients for a variety of conditions.  All his products are now being carried by Lhasa OMS, the top leading medical supply company for the acupuncture profession in the US.

Courtney Lennon| Licensed Acupuncturist, Master Of Acupuncture

Originally from Connecticut, Courtney earned her bachelor’s degree at St. Lawrence University in New York where she majored in anthropology and minored in British literature.

She received her master’s degree in acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she specialized in both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles.

Courtney has interned as an acupuncturist at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Cambridge Hospital, where she worked closely with both patients and practitioners to help bring acupuncture into mainstream treatment plans for a variety of conditions. She specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic acupuncture styles and uses an integrated, holistic approach to help her patients modify their diets, lifestyles and exercise habits to maximize their health and healing.


Julie Bradley | Applied clinical nutrition, AFAA-certified personal trainer, AFAA-certified group exercise instructor

Julie Bradley is a nutritionist and personal trainer. She has received her undergraduate degree in fitness and rehabilitation with a minor in health from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire.

She later received her Master’s degree in applied clinical nutrition from New York Chiropractic College.

With years of experience as an AFAA-certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she has taught several different types of classes, including Boot Camp, TRX, Les Miles Body Pump and Body Attack, PIYO, and various fusion classes. As a nutritionist Julie has done semi private consultations, lectures, grocery store tours and community outreach.


Emily Bomba | Licensed massage therapist

Emily treats her massage clients as partners in the healing process. She recognizes the body’s intrinsic healing abilities and encourages client’s autonomy over their health and wellbeing. Working closely with Dr. Guo ensures a holistic, integrative approach to client care. ACC practitioners work as a team to facilitate optimal healing.

Emily brings her fascination with anatomy and physiology to the massage table. She developed a passion for working in pain management, seeking to help clients recover from sports and repetitive-use injuries, chronic holding patterns or surgery. She has in-depth training for treating many common conditions, including tension headaches, low back pain, sciatica, shoulder impingement, carpal tunnel, and shin splints. Her treatments incorporate deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point techniques, as well as passive stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and thermotherapy.


Maureen Ty | Reiki Master

Maureen received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts. Maureen was first introduced to Reiki in 2004 and achieved master level in 2007. She takes great pride in connecting with clients, providing excellent care and using her experience in Holistic healing to help others find emotional and physical improvement and stability.

NOTE: When it comes to personal training, what we offer at the AC is customized training options—if you’ve struggled to keep up with your physical health due to an injury or a pre-existing condition, our trainer Julie will work with you to find a routine that accommodates this part of your story, and alongside you to stick to it.

  • You suffer from a recurring injury or pain, such as arthritis

  • You have new or limited mobility due to the loss of a limb, surgery, or injury

  • You are self-conscious after a change in weight or body shape (such as after pregnancy)

At the AC Clinic, we customize treatments, including personal training plans, to the needs of the patient, whether that patient is already fit or comes to us with a sports injury or pre-existing condition, such as arthritis.

Reiki is a “laying of the hands” healing modality that channels energy to oneself or client who remains fully clothed during the treatment session.
