New Patient Information

When you visit the AC Clinic, we will treat you according to your overall health. This requires a comprehensive health intake form, which you can fill out ahead of time to expedite your treatment.

Your first Visit

At the time of your first visit, you will be asked to complete a health history form and a consent to treatment form. Each visit should take about 45 mins and please block the time accordingly.

At the Start of Your Visit

When you meet with the doctor you may be asked additional questions to allow him/her to determine the best treatment plan for you.  This would be the best time to inform the doctor of any questions you may have or of any additional ailments.

At the AC Clinic, we customize treatments, including combined acupuncture and chiropractics, to the needs of the patient, whether that patient is already fit or comes to us with a sports injury or pre-existing condition, such as arthritis.

What to Expect

During treatment, you will be asked to lie on a massage table and positioned in the best manner for the acupuncture points specific to your condition to be reached. Common positions are face down, on your back or side. If you are uncomfortable please inform the doctor, we would like to make you as comfortable as possible.

A first visit will last at least an hour; follow-up visits are closer to forty-five minutes, depending on the patient's individual treatment plan.

In most cases, you should leave the AC Clinic feeling both rejuvenated and relaxed!
